We ship anywhere within Australia (mainly via Australia Post) and to most international locations. Approximate delivery times for Australia is 2-4 business days, New Zealand (air-mail) 4-6 business days and other parts of the world (air-mail) 5-14 days.
Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused or unclaimed shipments.
Our products do not come with a warranty however we will gladly replace any defective products.
Our products colours/design may vary slightly to the picture displayed or the colour/design provided by you for custom ordered products.
When you purchase our products you can choose to purchase insurance (for a small fee) with our freight company (Australia Post) to avoid any costs incurred if a product is damaged during shipment. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed in protective packaging. We guarantee that our products are in pristine condition prior to shipment.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had know about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesnt do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
If the product is deemed defective we will also provide a refund on your shipping costs to return the product. We will provide a refund if all of the following criteria are met;
- Proper return authorisation has been obtained
- If the item is defective or broken or not as described (excluding slight colour/design variation)
- The item has been returned within 28 days from receipt of delivery
Refunds will only be issued after we receive the goods and verify their condition to be in the same condition as per the inspection prior to shipment. No refund will be given for damaged or used goods.
